I am so excited to be the third principal of Chestnut Ridge Middle School!
My philosophy as an administrator is to establish a learning environment where students can feel secure, enjoy their school, and grow as individuals as a result of their positive classroom and co-curricular experiences. To reach this end, the administration must establish a climate of high staff morale, which results in a comfortable atmosphere for everyone associated with Chestnut Ridge. I believe that each student will be successful in this environment. We also strive to make children feel important and accepted by their peers. Consequently, there is no room for teasing, bullying, or harassing at Chestnut Ridge.
I encourage every student to get involved in at least one after school activity. We offer a wide range of activities for our students that go well beyond the typical classroom setting. I believe that these activities help the students grow as individuals and allow them to make new friends and work cooperatively with one another. I am truly fortunate and proud to be the principal of Chestnut Ridge Middle School, and I thoroughly enjoy working with the students and staff each day.

Welcome to Chestnut Ridge Middle School. I am happy to be a part of the Chestnut Ridge family. As the assistant principal, I am involved in all aspects of the school, working with the principal and staff, to provide your children the best learning opportunities available.
Communication is key. As a middle school counselor for 15 years prior to coming to Chestnut Ridge, I know that communication is key to your child's success. Success in school occurs when the family and school work together for the benefit of the child.
